PUC offers Smart Metered Estates, designed for housing developers. Homeowners can share communal LPG or water bulk tanks, with gas or water distributed efficiently through a network of pipes directly into each home.

PUC’s system supports private developers, enabling them to manage water usage and collect levies efficiently through our smart infrastructure. Where city council water lacks, it can be provided from a central reservoir to individual home through smart metering. Smart water meters can allow private developers to also collect levies.

Our Gas Micro Grid system delivers gas from a central source within an estate or complex directly to each home. Using an underground network of pipes passing through concrete walls and foundations gas can be efficiently distributed from cluster homes to city-wide networks, ensuring safe and reliable supply.
