About The Project
Pokugara is a luxury gated residential community comprising 70 standalone housing units supported by independent utility mini-grids. The project focuses on providing safe, reliable, and accessible water and gas infrastructure through centralized distribution systems and smart monitoring technology. Borehole water supply and underground gas reticulation ensure residents have uninterrupted access to essential services.
Projects Challenge
The development required the creation of a self-sustaining utility system capable of serving an entire gated community.
