Aspindale is a high-rise residential development built to deliver reliable, modern utility infrastructure through integrated smart metering and decentralized distribution systems. The project consists of 12 apartment blocks with up to 152 residential units, each connected to independent gas and water mini grids. The development focuses on providing consistent access to essential services while improving monitoring, efficiency, and billing accuracy through smart infrastructure. Residents benefit from LPG water heating, gas cooking systems, and intelligent water distribution designed to function even in areas with inconsistent municipal supply.

Projects Challenge

The key challenge was ensuring reliable utility delivery in a high-density residential environment while minimizing dependence on traditional municipal systems. The project required the implementation of scalable infrastructure capable of supporting multiple apartment blocks, maintaining safety standards, and enabling accurate consumption tracking. Designing independent mini grids that could operate efficiently across all units while maintaining long-term sustainability and operational efficiency was a core objective.
